Sea ice as a disaster has recently attracted a great deal of attention in China. Its monitoring has become a routine task for the maritime sector. Remote sensing, which depends mainly on SAR and optical sensors, has become the primary means for sea-ice research. Optical images contain abundant sea-ice multi-spectral information, whereas SAR images contain rich sea-ice texture information. If the characteristic advantages of SAR and optical images could be combined for sea-ice study, the ability of sea-ice monitoring would be improved. In this study, in accordance with the characteristics of sea-ice SAR and optical images, the transformation and fusion methods for these images were chosen. Also, a fusion method of optical and SAR images was proposed in order to improve sea-ice identification. Texture information can play an important role in sea-ice classification. Haar wavelet transformation was found to be suitable for the sea-ice SAR images, and the texture information of the sea-ice SAR image from Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar(ASAR) loaded on ENVISAT was documented. The results of our studies showed that, the optical images in the hue-intensity-saturation(HIS) space could reflect the spectral characteristics of the sea-ice types more efficiently than in the red-green-blue(RGB) space, and the optical image from the China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite(CBERS-02B) was transferred from the RGB space to the HIS space. The principal component analysis(PCA) method could potentially contain the maximum information of the sea-ice images by fusing the HIS and texture images. The fusion image was obtained by a PCA method, which included the advantages of both the sea-ice SAR image and the optical image. To validate the fusion method, three methods were used to evaluate the fused image, i.e., objective, subjective, and comprehensive evaluations. It was concluded that the fusion method proposed could improve the ability of image interpretation and sea-ice identification.  相似文献

Azimuth ambiguities(ghost targets) discrimination is of great interest with the development of a synthetic aperture radar(SAR). And the azimuth ambiguities are often mistaken as actual targets and cause false alarms. For actual targets, HV channel signals acquired by a fully polarimetric SAR are approximately equal to a VH channel in magnitude and phase, i.e., the reciprocity theorem applies, but shifted in phase about ± for the first-order azimuth ambiguities. Exploiting this physical behavior, the real part of the product of the two cross-polarized channels, i.e.(S S)HV VH, hereafter called A12 r, is employed as a new parameter for a target detection at sea. Compared with other parameters, the contrast of A12 r image between a target and the surrounding sea surface will be obviously increased when A12 r image is processed by mean filtering algorithm. Here, in order to detect target with constant false-alarm rates(CFARs), an analytical expression for the probability density function(pdf) of A12 r is derived based on the complex Wishart-distribution. Because a value of A12 r is greater/less than 0 for real target/its azimuth ambiguities, the first-order azimuth ambiguities can be completely removed by this A12r-based CFAR technology. Experiments accomplished over C-band RADARSAT-2 fully polarimetric imageries confirm the validity.  相似文献

针对非下采样Contourlet变换(NSCT)在处理噪声影像中具有的优势,以及同极化SAR图像(HH、VV)之间的相关性与互补性,本文实验了一种基于非下采样Contourlet变换的极化图像融合方法。该方法首先对每个极化图像进行多尺度、多方向分解,然后对不同分解子带系数分别采用有利于斑点噪声去除和信息增强的融合规则进行融合,最终通过NSCT反变换得到融合图像。通过信息熵、相关系数以及等效视数等指标的评价,验证了该方法可以有效地实现信息增强,同时该方法也在一定程度上降低了斑点噪声的负面影响。  相似文献

虽然Lidar点云数据已被广泛应用于获取森林各项结构参数,但这些方法并不适合于低矮的灌丛、林地和农作物。本文以玉米为研究对象,提出利用机载Lidar点云数据的强度信息和全波形数据中的距离与扫描天顶角信息,反演农作物覆盖度和LAI的方法。在黑河进行的飞行实验和地面验证表明,该方法具有较高精度,也表明Lidar在低矮自然植被监测和农业应用上有较大潜力。  相似文献

基于信息相关理论,根据相关度值动态调整分类器的组合和权重,建立了新型的多分类器集成规则,并应用于决策树分类器、BP人工神经网络分类器和SVM分类器的集成。通过对长沙城区TM影像的分类实验发现:①三种分类器的分类结果存在较明显的差异,水体区的差异像元最少,占水体总像元的15.12%,建设用地区的差异像元最多,占建设用地区像元的54.93%;②三种分类器均具有较高的分类精度,总体精度均超过了74%,而且分类器各有优势,决策树分类器能够较好地分出水体和建设用地,BP分类器能够较好地分出水体和林地,SVM分类器对水体、林地和建设用地均有较高的分类精度;③基于全信息相关度的多分类器集成分类法明显地提升了分类结果的精度,分类精度达到了85.71%,Kappa系数达到了80.56%。  相似文献

在分析四分量极化散射理论基础上,提出了一种新的极化SAR数据相干斑滤波算法。该算法首先应用四分量散射模型对原始极化SAR数据进行分解,以获得像素的散射类型和总功率值;然后采用极化特征和空间特征的相似性度量,在滤波窗口内选取中心像素的同质区;最后根据同质区的局部统计特性,应用线性最小均方滤波器进行滤波处理。AIRSAR系统L波段极化SAR数据的实验结果表明,该算法不仅可有效抑制相干斑,而且对极化和边缘等细节信息也有较好的保持。  相似文献

An innovative methodology for dual-polarized Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data segmentation is proposed. The methodology is based on the thresholding of the 1D-histograms of the two images produced by the dual polarimetric bands. Thresholding of the histograms is performed using a nonparametric algorithm. Histograms after thresholding are combined together in a two dimensional histogram-based space in order to define sub-spaces, which are used for image segmentation. Sub-spaces are further divided based on two criteria which lead to a multi-level segmentation approach. Dual-polarized TerraSAR-X data, both HH and VV, are used in a study area located in the southwestern United Kingdom.  相似文献
